I think you should consider getting a roll or 2 and grilling the sausages, possibly a bit of wholegrain mustard, nothing too fancy just subtle

I like what you've done with the crusts Al, plus I enjoyed your use of classic white bread.

I'm not trying to teach you to suck eggs but I can't help but think you should have done one in sausage for contrast.
