Change the filter.

Veg oil cleans all the shite out your tank and lines too, so needs a more regular fuel filter change.

Surely you could get the veg oil for free as companies like chip shops have to pay to dispose of it.

It's full of water and other junk though, and needs to be processed before you can put it into a car.

Right my crappy corsa runs 100% on it and has done trouble free for almost a year now.

Also most place's will charge for their used stuff as they can sell it on to companies now for about 40p a litre and by the time you have messed around filtering it and treating it you are better off just buying it new for about 80p.

If you are getting it for 50p / litre expect that to change very soon as the price of cooking oil along with most things has gone through the roof but is still a good 40p a litre cheaper than diesel so its still worth it.

I spoke to the gal that runs the resturrant at work toady, she says im welcome to the 100 litres of used stuff a week if I want it. And she gives me free food

Id collect it an put it straight on ebay, its selling for 50p + a litre there for non filtered stuff. Thats what I wanted to do but I cant find anywhere to get it lol
