yeah, i trust drums more than discs, on my bros vtr, if u dont have the handbrake up to the last click the car rolls and thats the same with every saxo, but with drums u can have it on 1 or 2 clicks and it still works,

thats just my opinion of course.

Why would it rub if it was lowered? My old one was dropped 40mm on 17's ET45 and all i had to go was remove the arch bolts on the back.

course will rub without arch mods
plus his archs are bout 20mm from tyre
lowering will only cause mre problems

I lowered my first corsa without any arch mods on fox 17's and without any rubbing?

And why would anyone need rear discs on a 1 litre

As for the car,please change the rear lights

I painted my drums black with Hammerite, Easier than messin about with spray paint too!

I had them on my old corsa.

You need coloured bulbs for them.

your car looks alright mate, who care's if it's only a 1.0 12v, everyone has to start somewhere

as long as the wheels are the correct offset, they shouldn't rub.

Rear discs aren't required but the way to solve that problem is leave the car in gear.
