intercooler from a fronter 2.3 td is a mod the cav boys do - might be abit big for corsa so get a astra intercooler on it or soemthing aswell as the turbo off one.

people put the 3.1 trooper turbo on the cavs too

Well I have a front mount waiting to go on my astra gsi turbo, so i'd just retro fit the old cooler

They did the 1.7 TD in astra and cavalier variants - can be dropped into a corsa pretty easily as far as I'm aware

Correct corsa's only came with the 1.5td the other two were also both isuzu's 1.5 and 1.7 but are N/a.

The 1.7 turbo is bigger then the 1.5's yes but its mounted slightly differently as far as im aware so you will also need the 1.7td manifold i actually have those two with a cossie intercooler for mine but never got round to fitting them
