I'm confused by the 12 valve thing as well It's not one of those 3 cylinder diesels is it? The one that they did on Top Gear and it couldn't go up a hill

It's just the exhaust manifold that makes it confusing

Mom had one of these on a 1996 P-Reg brand new i remember when I was young, it was the shizzle back then! I remember going down to the shops in it feeling fresh and important

Good cars, never had a problem and was excellent on fuel!!

Its 4 cylinders, but in an 8v engine you have 1 valve that opens to let air and fuel in, the inlet valve. and one valve that opens to let the exhaust gasses out. in a 16v engine you have 2 of each. in a 12v you have either 2 inlet and 1 exhaust or 1 inlet and 2 exhaust. 3 valves per cylinder over 4 cylinders is 12

Oh and that should read Hyundai Accent Fastback GT RS Trophy A-spec but it wouldnt fit

any really, just so it stops engine oil dripping onto hot exhaust and creating the james bond-esq toxic smoke screen everytime i pull up at a junction
