Most new batteries now are lead calcium anyhow.

i didnt have chance to get one last night, but im going inabit to get one..

i tested the battery just and it was about 14.5 when the engine was running meaning the alternator is working fine, and when i switched it off it went to 13.4 then very slowly dropped..

so im guessing its just down the battery not holding its charge
