Maybe, but I'd rather have stone chips(which it will get anyway) than look like a cock.

id rather strap one of those to the front, on the way to a show, than turn up at the show with a dirty great load of stone chips waiting to be shown off

Agreed, if you'd just spent masses of beer tokens on a nice paint job. It's not unreasonable or stupid - you never hear about people with concourse edition cars getting slagged for putting their cars on trailers to shows. This is the same kind of idea on a smaller scale.

If you buy one for a purpose then go for it, if you buy it to try and be 'euro' you might aswell burn the money you are spending on it

Yeh as stated, it would be purposeful. I want my Corsa GSi to look like a Corsa GSi and thats it really

I'd say the same about stupid wheels tbh, you might as well burn your money when they don't fit properly and aren't in proper contact with the road.

The overheating was nothing to do with the cling film

Why would you only fit it going to shows, are you not going to get chips at any other point then ?

But at least 'stupid' wheels can make a car look good. I'm not a fan of car bras or anything daft like that for looks. But I can see the point if it's protecting something.

And Rob B - I'd think he'd do any other driving with it on permanently. Basically, if there's no reason for the front to be seen (for show purposes, etc) it would be on. I'd imagine.

The ones in your picture.

That camber is just stupid and will be breaking things along with the tyre's only being in contact on one side.

All to be euro.

i agree with john on the camber, i dont get it all. i realise it isnt broke etc, but if the right offset, spacing, lowering and width rims are chosen/used then theres no need for it.

id appreciate a wheel used without camber more than with tbh. besides 2009 is about 7.5 x 17s tucked up!

use camber to get the tyre tread under the arch and also give the tyre abit more clearance - if its a wacky offset of wide wheel
