going by what u first said about the 30day warranty thats crap as by law all garages must give a 3 months warranty no matter what.

he is entitled to return the car within 14 days, tell him to check his finance terms and conditions

Can they get out of the 3 Month warranty if its used for private hire? I got fobbed off cause he seen the plate on the back
