Driving without Due Care and attention too.

I'd get the old bill involved to charge her.

Honestly, peopel like this just do not pay attention. Its how my old mans thigh/hip was shattered in 20 places, someone jumping a red light.

Just aint worth it, ever...... 30 seconds added on your journey. Wow....

Always see people jumping lights round here. Some are so blatant it's unreal. Stupid thing to do.

UPDATE:
Chris Knott and Highways insurance have been amazing so far. I've got a Volkswagen Passat hire car coming at 4pm until mine is fixed and mine is being picked up by the repair centre on Monday. So things are moving quite quickly and the service from Chris Knott has been great. As someone said, you don't really find out how good you insurance is until this happens.

I would really reccomend Chris Knott to everyone.

Yeah, as soon as they asked me if a VW Passat was okay I was thinking about the one you got! VW must have done some cheap deals for hire company's to shift some stock!! I'll have to see what spec/engine I get in mine!

I'm guessing it will be a Diesel though.

Well to me the thing shifts but you being used to a VXR, I doubt it!

Now we just need someone with a Golf and we've got the full range.

Hope it all works out for you.

Tbh it will be nice driving a non vauxhall for a while Only just realised you've got a Jetta not a Passat. As you said, just need the Golf now!

I nearly asked them if I could have a Golf instead but then thought i'd quite like to have a bit of a barge to ponce about in.

If your not really injured, don't do it.

people end up losing money sometimes due to people hitting them. you can't claim for higher insurance premiums/loss of value on the car due to an accident so why not go through it this way?

it doesn't affect the third party's savings anyway, it's the insurers pocket it comes out of, and they have plenty of money anyway.

oh and i was/still am injured/have trauma/bad memories which i feel i need compensation for. why should i pay the price for someone else being an idiot?

Well thats what written in the handbook, but its not that great. Electric seats and cruise is about all its got. Only AC, no auto lights or wipers etc. Interior is nice, but nothing special. You could get a double bed in the boot though!!!

But its free so i'm not arsed.

I'll try and get pics tomorrow, but am at work all day.
