Imposs with those mods i would say 230-250 tops you need more vxr stuff to get even close to 300. I have read up and priced it all up for 300bhp.

and lets be honest a 80mm AFM and set of injectors is not a massive amount of work is it

Inlet cam and fuel pump is suggested as well.

u wont need to uprate cams for 300, biggest hurdle is getting good exhaust, u will need 3inch throught with pre cat removed! sports cat and if your lucky with injectors, air flow meter u will just c 300! 290 easy!

the vxr turbo restrics getting the power more than 300 then really!

i went to have my z20leh engine stage 4 tuned which should have made 300 easly really cos it had vxr lump! but due to me buying blueflame exhaust it goes down under 2.5inch a one point and so restricted power they could get to 281:-(

your not going to gain +20 bhp from 0.5 of an inch tbh

I have and no off alot of stage 4 tuned z-let's and very few are over 280 bhp and some inc inlet cam and feul-pump. Breaking the 300 mark is quite hard on a vxr turbo

vxr turbo runs out of puff around 300. Can't flow anymore.

Hence why stage 4 requires a new exhaust manifold and turbo. (on VXR's)

thought only diffrence was turbo, injectors and rail, AFM and under piston oil jets?

Why would it make a diffrence if the let was not a high miller and had 80mm afm, injectors and turbo?? Under piston oil jets more for safety that performance increasing?

the van has vxr engine which is z20leh, this is very similar to z20let but has fordged pistons and oil spray bars as standard also has some baffle plate removed which is a mod u can have done to z20let and adds between 5-10hp! courtney said as soon as i was booking my car and said i had blueflame exhaust that they were gonna be restriced with that!

they said with 3inch exhaust they have vx220 that are running 300hp! so said if i got larger de cat section and 3 inch exhaust then pop back for a re map they would be suprised not to c 300hp!

in contrast the vx220 i have stage 4 again with z20let engine so not as good as van engine but has the 3inch exhaust this runs 291hp and was done over year ago so if i had baffle plate removed and little session on the rolling road fairly sure 300hp would be possalbe with the vxr turbo!

spec of my van is:-
z20leh conversion
80mm afm standard
vxr injectors as standard
i think its 9litre front mount intercooler
uprated actuator
de car pre pipe
de cat centre pipe
blue flame coupe exhaust 2.5inch
standard air box but with k+n filter
larger air intake pipe

think thats about it.....ran 281bhp and just over 300lb tourq

vx220 is
z20 let
80mm afm
vxr injectors
chargecooler
vxr turbo and uprated actuator
de cat pre pipe
de cat centre section
3inch tubular exhaust

this ran 291hp but prob at least a year older map than the van! 320lb torque
