Countless times , usually just to see what im doing, the police up here have very, very little to do.

Havent been stopped in the 106 yet funnily enough, was expecting to be stopped all the time in it.

I got pulled once and was told that "displaying an IAM badge was illegal if you didn't hold the certificate, must be your dads or something".

He nearly spat out his own heart when he saw my name on the membership card.

I didn't get pulled a lot in the corsa, think it was about twice, the last being the night before it failed its MOT at about 11pm

I thought I wouldn't get pulled in the Ibiza tbh, but I got pulled the day I got it and have been stopped many times in it. The day I got the car the officer ran the checks on the car and it came back as being owned by Arnold Clark, having no road tax and no insurance. Luckily I had the finance agreement on my person so could prove it had only just been collected and was waiting on the paper work processing.

They can be badgers occasionaly tbh, mostly get a good cop bad cop scenario up here.

pulled twice for speeding(1st time when i passed my test not long ago and was being a 17 year old numpty, 2nd time was just unlucky on a dual carriageway)

but ive been sriving over 6 years and never been pulled over at random, its one of many reasons as to why i prefer driving standard cars

I've never been pulled! Bit dissapointed really.

Although I went past a parked police car at 7am the other morning in the Vixxer with the exhaust popping away and I think they thought about it!

I think I've now been pulled 6 times in total, not bad for 3 years of driving a modified Corsa.

Latest one was the best, on my way to Southport, Mattk was infront of me with french plates on so I wasn't sure which of us he was after then after a few miles on come the blues and twos, pulled over and just sat waiting, he popped his head in, 'ah, thought you'd have harnesses when I saw the seats but had to check you know', 'yeah, no worries' then he walked off back to his car

Been pulled 3 times.
Once for wrong way down a 1 way street (in my defence, it was a normal road which I didn't realise was turned into a one way street for the night)

Second was a random bint just doing checks, said my window tints passed the test and let me go on my way.

The 3rd time was because one of my headlights were dipped and one was normal, she took me into the back of her car and read me my rights and so on..It's not as if my light was even completely out. She also tested my tints and said they failed..Makes no sense to me.
