I have lost 7lb in just two weeks.

Kellogs special K for breakfast and lunch and a sensible tea (i.e no potatoes with meats).

nope.
Dont really have time at the moment, but I should be.

I say no, but I go swimming every thursday, and scuba diving every sunday (that actually requires alot of effort moving cylinders around etc).

No significant gym work.

ive lost 5/6lb's in the last 2 weeks with exercise and eating 5 a day

Need to start smashing the gym

I just started working out again today. Changed my diet and started eating less too. I'm hoping to drop from 220lbs to 180lbs in less than 6 months if possible. Well maybe more than 180lbs if i'm doing weights too.

Im 18, 6 foot 4 and im 16 stone,

got a mate that about two inches taller than me and weighs 12 stone.
