Like that Herald we had in Coventry, bought it, stripped it, did nothing to it for 3 years and sold it for double what we paid

As far as i know its a flap installed on the later JCW's(210bhp) that the earlier(200bhp) ones didnt have that opens at a certian RPM to allow more power, but is closed below this RPM to maintain a 'sensible' fuel economy.

Normally just sell stuff on and save a bit, like the s2000 i sold the Rotas and hardtop and traded it in and made 200 quid more than what i bought it for...

I'll probably do the same with this cause it came with KWs so ill sell them on and the pioneer TV thing etc it came with.. but hopefully this will stay a while

I changed the airbox on my JCW for a Dinan intake - Like the Works one it sucks cold air from behind the bulkhead but for the new airbos and filter it was cheaper than just the OE JCW filter!! And has no flap so its always getting a cold feed!

1320mini, there who everyone raves about on minitorque, although my coilovers were fitted at lohen and it handles pretty well with these crappy budget tyres its got on so i'd go there too.

still not 100% sure on these but looks like a good example and i think the wheels suit it, how does it compare to the 182?

Having gone from JCW to a 182 cup i would say that the JCW is noticably quicker and feels more planted round bends however it hasnt got the raw N/A feel you get from the clio.
