You would have thought that a ripped hamstring and a shoulder operation might affect the appearance stats slightly, however moving on a bit, he does have of competition for his place since they signed Elias and Mano called in on his youths to step in, Boquita, Marcinho and Jucelei should all get a crack this season, tbh it's just whoever Douglas plays better with. Lulinha has played 83 games in 2 and a half seasons so I have no idea where your info has come from but it's way off the mark.

I would agree with you there actually. Also giving manager of the year to Strachan when about half the Celtic support want shot of him, I think Laslo would have been a much better choice, he has worked wonders at Hearts considering the internal politics he has to deal with

Celtic fans wanting rid of Strachan doesn't mean he's done a bad job, just means the fans are as fickle as always.
Are the players also biased because they voted for Scott Brown?

Either that or they may have been the most deserving of it, that's a stupid thought though, let's just say everybody is celtic biased.
Oh how things change, imagine rangers fans saying the media were biased towards celtic a couple of years ago.

Kaunas? Csaba Laszlo was named the football writers manager of the year and manager of the year by the league itself anyway
You are just proving your own bias nothing else. Caldwell has been the best player in the league by a distance, including Scott Brown who isn't yet the player some think he is.

Brown - Tons of energy, puts a shift in still lacks goals and assists
Mendes - Started off brilliantly then started to stutter and hasn't been the same player since.
Boyd - If he doesn't score he does nothing.
Davis - The only other one with a genuine shout at it, consistently plays well.
Caldwell - Has carried the captain for another season and is the only centre half willing to get the ball on the deck and play.
