Jonny how did you achieve the light trails in the night shots. Rear curtain sync?

It's something I've never actually tried before.

Yeah rear curtain flash mate.

Think those shots were taken at a shutter speed of 1/3 @ f8, ISO200 IIRC

Now that would be a trek!

TBH though i am looking at going into this fairly seriously now. Trying to get a job as a graphic designer is taking the piss and i like the idea of working for myself.

The problem i have atm is i have only done 1 wedding, which is hardly enough to put into a portfolio and show potential clients I have never met before, nor is it enough to start a website dedicated to it. Its not as if people book a photographer for a wedding for next week/month its always next year which kinda means im a bit stuck until they come round and i can finally start to put a portfolio together and go pro.

Im sure we can come to some sort of deal Jonny to help get a portfolio filled.

Failing that we've loads of old dresses, and Im sure the men (boys) of CS have some suits.....how about a few fake CS weddings?!
