they're all the same amount of caffeine per ml are they not? you just get more in some cans ie relentless

had about 4 cans of Rockstar the other weekend over a period of 5 hours in an afternoon
... and wow... I struggled like fook to get to sleep. Took about an hour to get to sleep and kept waking up.
I was a redbull lover... used to cane them at uni and used to drink a can a day at work but quit drinking it in jan. I think its all in the mind tbh

I find the comedowns off caffiene horrible. A couple of times I've hammered pro plus and energy drinks, mainly once at uni, then once on a night out and the day after I've felt straight shocking.

Someone I worked with religously drank at least 1 big can of Relentless per day. He was always moaning that his guts hurt. But whenever somebody pointed out the amount of energy stuff he drinks, he'd be in total denial 
'Na it won't be because of the drink'. Course not mate, course not!

only kiddin mate, i got a coffee machine thingy from asda a few weeks back, £7! best £7 ive ever spent, i was looking for a bodum thing but they were £8 so got this instead, got about 2 kilos of ground coffee here waiting to be used

yeah doest do much for me either, love coffee, but i can have 3 mugs of it before bed and be asleep staright away. last year i was at me prents in spain and about 11pm in this little bar had 5 espresso's with brandy, the barman couldnt believe it, said id never sleep, got in head hit the pillow and zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

It wont be the strongest but I use Lucozade Sport when I'm playing football or on my mountain bike. Works for me
