Well, whilst at Uni, I had a part time job where I had to deal with the public, and normally, in a customer service orientated environment, you are supposed to be polite - so apologising about it first of all may have been a start.

One of my dads friends brought him some Safron back..

He opened it the other week and it was mouldy and had living beetles inside..

I had a burger in a pub and it had a big piece of glass in it. Bit right into it not knowing. Really hurt my teeth. Naturally I complained but you know what it's like, they probably thought I was trying to scam them or something. Needless to say we walked out without paying and haven't been since.

Always been pretty lucky with my food.

Had a Cadbury Chomp with nothing in it (just the sealed wrapper )

My friend found a toenail in Wetherspoons apple pie before.

i had a sping roll from the chinese and it had a thick peice of metal wire in it! cant rememebr what happend but my mum called the health authoritys and they came and got it and i think the chinese got fined... i was really young and nearly died i know its not as bad as some of your awful stories but it took me long time to eat chinese again!

He was going to try and get money from them, or go to the papers etc, but ended up not doing anything about it.

That isn't a brain. It is a tumour.

Worst thing I have found is a piece of rat shit in a bag of mixed seeds from ASDA. I almost ate it, but thought it was a burnt seed. On closer inspection, it was shit, with hair and other crap in it. All dried up. Worst part was, most of the pack I had poured into my mouth from the bag.

I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.
