I would imagine the slave cylinder on the 308 calipers are the same size so it will probably feel the same but the brakes will be better.

Think the cavalier one the reservoir isn't at the right angle but the mondeo's one is. Something like that anyway.

I may go for the 280 setup not sure yet though.

The MKII Cavalier I think you could get it from. But what I've heard is the entry & exit is slightly different. Again bloody useless

Wonder if courtney would know? Though I don't suppose they'd tell anybody though unless you buy an engine service from them

Though websites like rallydesign do aftermarket/racespec MC I'm sure their basically universal ones so imagine if could buy one with the correct reservoir connections "should" be straight forward (ish) ?

Bias box I think is for when you get an internal braided hose brake kit? Or is that bias valve?

If its a new pedal box then you will have problems with the clutch as its not hydraulic on the B.

Turbo calipers are far better than V6 calipers.Turbo calipers have a smaller piston.
Had V6 calipers and 288mm Fiat coupe discs on my Mk3 Gsi(with the bigger M/C) and the pedal travel was pretty shocking.
Had turbo calipers and 288mm Fiat coupe discs on my corsa(with the smaller M/C) and they bit hard as soon as the pedal was touched.Hardly any noticeable travel.

Damn was worth a go:

Courtnay: Unfortunately it has been so long since we have ever done this. I can recall
changing the servo for an Astra GTE 16v item that then needed to be modified
to suit, but cannot suggest what master cylinder to use.

tbh no, i had turbo discs and calipers and they were spot on. i now use 305mil reyland 4 pots on a corsa master cylinder and they are excellent.
