No rubbing on full lock, Only thing they did touch was the tie bar but a little careful adjustment sorted that.

Craig i'm impressed you finally got a manual but did you buy one for a Cav or Cally for the XE section?

He got the max power corsa one haha OJ and sounds good craig dont forget ball joint as well kid, bed time for me now .

You don't need the GTE one, A mark 3 Astra will cover the engine.

you no your brake servo pipe the vaccum pipe did you change it from the mastercylinder mate

I used most of the Corsa part and mated it to the part of the XE one as it has the thread on.
I mated them by heating the ends of each pipe and pushing the ends onto a 1 way valve.

yer i no what you mean mate thats what the plan was but luke said something lke because the corsa part is thinner pipe it would affect the brakes ? not to sure tbh lol

yes mate new rad come today so just been fitting that still got no mounts for the top gonna have to go scrappers and find some lol

I'll sort the mounting of the cooler whilst i'm down. What mount do you need from the scrap yard?
