Estate is a must to transport the muts.

Ive shown him the R36 and he likes but isnt sure about getting half the mpg he gets now.

He doesnt really need blistering performance, hes in his 60's plus gets left an M3 when im away at work for 2 weeks.

159's are nae too bad, Alfa's dont have alot of problems these days, worse thing on a diesel is the EGR will get clogged up, but its a warranty replacement part

The problem with a new-ish Mondeo is its going to be worth about the same as a packet of iraq brand fags in 3yrs time when he looks to change again!!

The Audi he has now he paid 21k for it & books for trade in @ 14.5k 3.5yrs on!!

I think its going to be a 3 series of some sort. The only challenge now is to find a nice colour, he doesnt do black and wants a change from blue.

Im pushing for a white 330 Msport!!

I just dont think he would go for it Kurt, residuals hurt lots. They are nice lookers but not a sensible choice.

Shame he doesn't want blue Colin. The royal blue colour BMW 330 touring in MSport guise looks stunning.

I'd go for the diesel m sport 3 series if he's ruling out an a4 avant, my old mans just got another new a4 avant and loves it.
