Nowhere does it say he was on the wrong side of the road, the biker could of easily been on his side still but on the edge of the white line?
Skoda looks nice mate (before photos) and if the police haven't pulled you up about your plates then don't worry about it. But it's always the way when you have soemthing 'perfect' no doubt someone will be there waiting to spoil it, i know it was an accident but still.

Yea motorbike was on my side of the road, i dont tend to drive on the othe side of the road... kinda dangerous!!
No one admitted fault but with a witness in the other car and the fact he went into me, he cant really say it wasnt his fault!
