Im gettin into a bad sleeping habit since being back off holiday, i think the earliest i have gotten to sleep is 1am and latest is 4 but its normally bin 2 and its weird because i feel like i should be tired/dead but im really wide awake.

Not quite, cables give off EMF's which disrupt sleep patterns.
