Reminds me of my friend who used to bang on about how all rock bands were rubbish and wrote awful lyrics etc. During a particular rant, she had been listening to "hurt" by Johnny Cash, and said those were lyrics and real music etc. She had of course not realised the song was written by Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails.

He was a guest drummer, as he was for QOTSA, Nine Inch Nails, Killing Joke, Juliet and the licks, Garbage, and many more I've probably forgot.
