Recently the 18's have grown on me bit.
Do still prefer the 19's though.

BTW Andy..thats lowered on Eibach Sportlines. Finishes it off I reckon.

Reason i went for one on 18s is after i read Ollie preferred the way his white one handled on them compared to his old one on 19s. Oh plus the fact i couldnt find any local low milage examples James the M3 was just too boring and the more i looked at it in detail the more i found wrong

love it mate, i'm falling in love with these more and more every day.
the ride will be so much better on the 18's if you're not bothered about the looks.
only annoying thing is the mpg and running costs but thats what you expect when you buy a hot hatch
arden blue is the best colour anyway, apart from the white on the nurburgring edition.

Drive normal and they will do 28-30 mpg knocking about, which i dont think is bad for not too far off 250 bhp car.

On a longish motorway run at 80mph I can get 34mpg out of mine and its stage 2.
On my way to work on duel carriageway which is stop start its about 25-27mpg.

Yeah surely running costs will be good on these. Compared to a Impreza STi or M3 anyway

I raced one in my last WRX running 320 brake and although i left it for dust later on i had my work cut out rolling from about 30 to 60...so with a bit of tweaking he would have been level with me maybe.
