i think the engines all standard. bar
-polished and ported head.
-dbilas inlet manifold.
-Reprofiled cams.
-ihi turbo running 12psi boost.
-2.5 boost pipes.
- frontera intercooler (i think)
-twin headgaskets.
-comperssion plate.
-5th injecton.
-FSE power boost valve.
-standard management

Mite of missed some things.

Bettleys car runs realy well.
i cant realy give you an examle of how fast. But we have a section of road down our way, and to the '40'sign i can get to 85mph in my sport which is nippy. Bettleys turbo is getting to 115mph. I think thats an incredible difference tbh.

Considering, Its only taken him a month from start to finish, his project has been a triumph, the car runs brilliantly, used as a daily driver. Money for power and reliablilty is just excellet. Think its cost him £1000 to build, thats including 2 engines.

Just a little bump for you bettley as im impressed

ile get that steering wheel off u tomoz mate.

We slow down as soon as we get to the the '40' its a safe strait road.

he's running a standard manifold, no lambda and no mass air, but using manual boost and manual fuel regulator, making there no need for aftermarket management.

dont take offence to this but why not do it properly?if you used proper managment you would make more power and the car would drive better.not a fan of spacer plates either tbh.

out of interest what injectors are you using and set at what pressure?

I would be worried that it was running lean or that injectors were maxed.

Cams and a manifold, he'll have 165-170bhp tops. Still impressive car though! And unless it's a 20XE, it won't be 155bhp standard!
