WTF is with Wills first posts
Morning all
That disciplinery I have, well it gets better..... Even though I never swore, called the women any names, I jsut raised my voice in an angry manner (hence officially by the book, aggressive), im being put up for Gross Misconduct.
Im absolutly livid. You shout at someone, and have the possibility of being sacked without notice.
Meanwhile, a director actually swore at me the other week, threatened to sack me (he lost his archieve email but stored it on his C:\ and it went bang, even though we told him to save it to the network, but thats MY fault isn't it).
Needless to say, i've gone through all statments with a fine toothcombe, found out the HR women didn't follow any firm proceedures (its regarding a return to work form after being sick, she came directly too me instead of going to my manager, and i reacted angrily as I felt I shouldn't be done for this "Bradford Score" (Google it) as I actually got sent home and worked from home).
Im playing the victimisation clause now as well, and found out the women who im meant to work with behined me gave a statement against me, but its far worse than the women who actually complained against me, and her statment is massivly flawed (like she heard an entire conversation accross the corridoor, but didn't hear an "agitated" conversation right behined her), also that I was "seething", but yet I didn't not say anything, and she has her back to me. So if she can't see me, and I didn't say anything, how can I be seething????
Needless to say, Damien is most unpleased, has gone through his contract, has made a huge amount of notes on all statements and the in-accuracies and flaws between statements, and found ironically a whole load of text missing from my own statement, which I also never signed off....
Damien does not lie down, especially when being victimised. Sack me, let me take you to an emplyment tribunial pleeeeaaaseeeee....
(im not being blind here, they just really are massivly over-bearing with regards to giving out disciplinary, hence me moving to posting on my phone a lot more instead of PC in case they are monitoring (as its in the contract not to use during work hours).... BOOOOM
On a happier note, I went out on Nelli last night with my dad and his friend. The sight of all 3 types of Benelli Tornados on the road, giving it some real beans, must have been quite aurallly pleasing (My Standard Tornado, Colins Tornado RS, and my dads Tornado LE). Spunk....
We stopped in McDonalds for a terrible chavvy coffee... I still need to swap my exhaust.
Although its a lovley day, im still using full summer bike kit, and my fingers got a little nippy today. Winters coming
