I use no gas what so ever, yet pay £35 a month now....it was in the hundreds because they were reading the wrong meter in the cupboard outside (the meter for the elderly lady that lives below me who has her heating on 24/7 meaning i dont ever need to turn mine on )

They've just put over £100 back into my account so I don't mind them so much now
