deffo seems alot of kit for the money.
Been looking at tuning them and it seems as though no one can map them due to mazda locking the ecu pretty well.
they limit tourqe in first and second gear, has an lsd and stuff. I rekon it'll be pretty fun to drive.
just need to find one now. seems like there quite rare lol

I've never got the whole Impreza stiff pedal thing! You must have had an uprated item.
The 4 i'd had/have have never been stiff in the slightest! Now the 182 i had for a whilke was a tough one when you got used to it it was fine though.

Lots of fwd turbo cars do this now. My st does it aswell. Its just protecting the clutch from getting killed.

My current one is obscene.. My JDM STi classic was stiff but the UK turbo's I've had were not so bad.

Awesome cars. I would have one but the £400 odd tax means I would never own one.
It would kill me handing that over.

To be fair, if you're used to a sub-twenties mpg a few hundred quid for tax isn't going to hurt much.

Would absolutely love a Mazda 3 for my next car. Shame they are holding their values too well, especially the dervs.

They are awesome cars. There's a black one that goes to the local race strip and the thing rips. It's clearly had alot of engine work but it's still seeing off Cupra K1's and the likes. I think they look awesome too.
