Ok, my friend recently discovered this, and i thought i might just share it with NGU.
In order to do this glitch, you will need:
On your class:
- Marathon
- Light weight
- Commando
- Care package killstreak
Set up this class, and join any game. This works better on smaller maps with thicker cover for better protection.
Once youve joined, start playing, and once youve gotten a 4 killstreak, pull out your care package, but DONT USE IT.
Keep it equipped out, and you will be able to run ridiculously fast, even with marathon and lightweight on, and lunge twice as far as normal. Very similar to a non-exaggerated speed hack.
VERY fun to do, especially in small environments.
Thats about all there is to it. Try it out, and ENJOY!!!

The grenade you throw to signal the care package drop is much lighter than a gun. i would have thought the C4 switch would work too

something that annoys the fuck out of me is when your shooting someone and they somehow manage to shoot and kill you even though youve already filled them with like half a clip 
lag ftl!
not to mention close combat is bollocks! you can be shooting someone and theyll stab you

Yeah it annoys the fuck out of me tbh, also say if you pop round a corner see someone aiming at you from a distance, nip back round the corner out of sight to change weapon or what ever. And you randomly fall to the floor. because they shot you when you popped around the corner, but you still had time to get back round the corner

kill cams aswell.. when they've aimed where you were i.e just behind you and kill you
im starting to remember why i used to play hardcore.. trouble is respawn wave takes forever

Commando is such bullshit I agree, with people lunging at you from a room's distance away. If I wanted to play Battlefield Bad Company I would do. It's even more annoying when they bash you with the shield using it.

You know what fucks me off? I'm running around with the M16A4 I put two bursts 6 bullets into people and yet they still don't die.
I watch the kill cam and you can clearly see the aimed shots hitting them.
And that sub base level on domination is bollocks

hopefully it will get sorted soon as thats a glitch tbh. i report every player that does it.
