Haha, thats a bit extreme feeling sorry for me, I appreciate your pity though, sniff sniff.
Share my views on Papua New Guinea? They wouldnt show half as much love as you do for £3000 Nova 1.2's

no i didnt. i said i wouldnt post on a subject im uneducated about. having read the subject and restored many novas over the years and fully knowing the cost involed in doing so and that many if not most of the parts, body panel chasis leg boot floor and variousd other items are no longer available. and also knowing how much they cost when they were available. 3k for a mint nova is actually a good price.
that is something i am educated on.

how much is a mint nova worth?
it would cost you more than 3k to repair a nova shell of rust.

justify to me how thats worth 3k? you could easily buy a fcuked nova shell, do the necessary and proper work to it, bish bash bosh, jobs a gd'n, you've saved 2k

I would say its more worth it if it was one of the first ones out. But its one of the 'newer' Novas so I wouldnt pay 3k.
IMO!

you couldnt on a nova. which is 100% the point. its not possible. you cant buy chasis legs or panels for it from vauxhall. and if you could find them they would be a fortune. and the work involved in making cars 20 years old into minters is not cheap.
thus 3k isnt a bad price at all.

you cant.
http://www.migweb.co.uk/forums/projects-restorations/296662-its-like-giant-airfix-kit-crossed-nova-56k-unfriendly-peeps.html
feel free to look through my good friend jimbo's nova restoration which was made from some of the last remaining gm panels for a nova. he had to fabricate a lot which he couldnt buy. there is more than 3k in that shell in work, prep, paint making panels, the welding etc
im really not making it up. if novas is your bag and thats a minter, its worth it all day long.
