yeah hes lost alot of mates over it and several people hav offered to go a do him in, thng is this isnt the first time he's caused shit, he tried it on with me when i was goin out with someone else (one of his mates), and two nice people off this board (not mentionin any names for obvious reasons) basically went and threatened him and told him to stay away from me

I've had to really withstrain myself from hitting women before...

I don't know about all of you, but those of you who have been in fights before will know what I mean. When someone hits you, the blow to you and the sudden rush of pain causes an initial fight / flee style trigger...

This means if you were to hit me, my fist would be clenched and coming back to defend myself...

And women find it amusing to think they're stronger than men and will basically start to wrestle with you (flirting/play style)... and then if that fails start punching you in the arm or whatever...

Basically the other night me and my mate were mocking my other mate (trust me he deserves to be mocked) - and every time we said anything about him this girl would give us a slap... She was doing it as a joke - we all thought it was funny and it was a joke...

but they can take it too far, it was like slap every 30 seconds... and at first it was like just messing about slap but it grandually got harder and harder... hehe and my mate was taking most of it heh

The joke got boring after a while and I forgot about it...

I was not even facing her, and was talking to someone and said 'Foolish Richard' or something like that and SMACK... I'd been hit in the face, my initial reaction was to raise my fist and throw a punch...

Fist raised, arm aimed I saw who had just hit me... and slowly lowered it again.

Some times just the sharp pain can push people over the edge...

yeah i kno what u mean paul, it is ur initial reaction to defend yourself and fight back, and i cud kinda understand that if id hit him first, but i hadnt! he wud even hit me 4 touchin his hair! i dnt liek 2 hit ppl as a joke (like that lass u mentioned) coz it normally turns out worse than a joke in the end

Nah, it can be alright when a girl play fights with you, but its just frustrating at times ... and when they see that their punches don't even register on you, they try harder hehe...

Verbal can sometimes be as harsh as hitting ... Depending on the situation - not revalent here I think...

but my sister used to be such a loud mouth bitch and would shout crap at you so loud and for so long that you couldn't get a word in edge ways, and every time you tried to speak she'd just shout over you or walk off.... thus winding you up completely - MAKING YOU WANT TO SMACK HER IN THE GOB TO SHUT THE FUCK UP!
