Strange And 2 externals? Wouldn't that make it less accurate, as say if they are set to 20psi or something, they wouldn't open as they would technically have to share so 10psi each?

twin scroll turbo, most accurate way of controlling boost is two externals to keep it true twin scroll,
also both would be connected to the compressor housing so would open at the same time.
also manaifold is 4-2 because of twin scroll etc.
