I'd try something like that but I don't think I have enough time in the day to dedicate myself to it.

it's and hour a day (i think) + preparing food for the following day. FFrom reading once you have everything in place then it isn't that much of a ballache, just takes a lot of effort to stick with it.

do you really need the P90x?

But it only takes 30mins to knock up the food for the next day. Although i'm guessing its wise to do the food prior to the workout as no doubt you'll feel like shite.

was wondering how you wanted the little food parcels sent up
Check out the thread in sports day, plenty of info in there (although ideal grab a copy of the P90x PDF file with the first 30 day diet, remember that the P90x is in three stages and each stage has it's own diet) to what you should and shouldn't be eating and when. Get a list together and post it up, then Dizzy/Clown and the likes will tell you what you need to adjust.
First things first is to get an idea of your current daily intake and take it from there.....

Edit - if you're talking about the workouts, then it's all in the P90x DVDs. I'm sure someone on here won't mind sending you a copy of them (i've yet to download them).

Dan will send you everything on a CD, allt he workouts and the various pdfs with the diet plans on them.

Once you've got your head around the healthy eating part of it then its fairly simple. Its an hour (just less) or there abouts a day and that it for 5 out of 7 days a week.

Ive drunk a fair amount, not loads, during it. Probably drank about 10 times out of the 75ish days Ive done so far. Lost nearly 2st now in that time.

There is no way you'd lose weight if you drank regularly whilst doing this imo.

Both tbh, it can be changed about to either lose weight and tone, or build muscle.

Same things Im concerned about, apart from the weight loss thing, I could do with shifting some

And yes she is too thin, tbh she was perfect in the before shots

You wont tone/lose weight doing anything if you arent determined to do so.

Ive put it in (glad I did) and have gone from about 15.5st to 13.5st in the 70 odd days so far and tone/built up a fair amount in that time so shifted a lot more fat than that.
