The last time it snowed (few weeks back) on the friday i got 5 miles in 3 hours, turned home as i still had another 42 to go.
Then the monday it took me 2 and a half hours to get in, and some people who lived 10 minutes away couldnt be bothered. I ended up dropping 3 people home on my way home in the evening as they didnt want to drive home
I really hope it comes down hard over the next few days and listen to everyone complaining tbh.

Yes, no snow for me. Tomorrow may be a different matter though.
Roads are very icy though, Sure i'll be in tomorrow too
Not too bad here atm, Northern part of Essex usually gets it worse though.

I have to rely on public transport, when the stop the buses it's game over for me as im not paying the congestion charge and using my petrol to get to work when i already pay 200 quid a month for my travel

That's less than half what I pay
I made it in today even though my commute involves a 10 minute drive, 40 minute train journey and 20 minute tube journey.

Went in yesterday, yook me nearly half an hour to got to work, Usually only thake about 5 in the car.
Didn't bother today as as soon as I got off the drive I got stuck, leaving the car in the middle of the road. Luckily other cars could get past. Only got it somewhere near the drive about an hour ago.
Will give it a go in the morning.
Where i work, The bloke who owns it lives in Barnsley, and thinks if he can make it in, Everyone can.

Was fine here today. Bit snowy this morning but ok to drive in.
Had our office shut at 3.30 too, roads were dead, reckon a lot of people went home at lunchtime.

Worked from home...
the question is - will i be in tommorrow ... I personally dont want to risk it.
I can only assume the reason i haven't crashed yet is because of my driving talent. Bound to happen soon.

I drove to work, but it was too dangerous to do any work coz it was snowing pretty heavily. Left it an hour to see of it eased up then drove home. Hopefully i'll do the same tomorow.

No, whole office was closed Hopefully it will be tomorrow too because there's no way I'd make it in my car Plus I don't want to risk another big bill.
