Used to organise a few, but then got to the point where nobody replied so now we go out its only folk that are "proper mates" rather than work mates. Just ask folk if they fancy a few beers on the friday/saturday an you usually get a lot more people willing.

Thing that annoys me though is when other people hear us talking about a night out they ask why they wern't invited, ignoring the fact they never came out anyway before
