Im not a fan of black cars richc, i seen it earlyer today was going to phone up unil i realised it was black.. i think im going to try and have a drive of a ctr as they do look nice motors

Sounds like a plan you will either like it or not. See if you can arrange a drive in an astra etc at a simular time to compare

Its the hastle of replacing a turbo though if it goes, its hard enough being a mechanic and having the motivation of working on your own car that once was a hobby.

yea i will have a look in a couple of weeks time, book a day off work and try and somone selling a ctr and a astra gsi near to each other just to see what they drive like and go from there. I do like how both cars look, i just want something more mature as im 21 next month

its not really high mileage average mileage is 12k roughly a year isnt it? i do like that colour cupra or the onvi yellow.

I just went to a massive dealership near me and they had a clio 182, civic and an astra turbo so got to drive all three back to back

haha thats true yea never thought of that, what did you think of the astra turbo, never been in one only ever seen them on the road and they seem to go well

Can get a nice tide 52-53 plater pre facelift for 5k and I prefer the looks of these now over mine.

True, the blue or red is my fav colour on them. onvi looks good but is a nightmare for laquer peel and paint fade.

yea i would of guessed paint fade but its differnt to wwat else is out there, i do like the red as well but the onvi yellow with black porsche rims just looks so nice!
