yeh mate 14x7" was lowered 60 all round, but for some reason the from was quite abit lower than 60mm and the back was higher :S they were 175/50/r14 tires couldnt find ones to give the perfect stretch so just went for these to fit them under my arches

bought gsi skirts, wide arches, cav slabs, tigra scuttle panel, x16xe lump gearbox and all ancillaries ( everything apart from the lump will be up for sale in a few weeks)

hope fully will go into the bodyshop in the next few weeks, cant wait to just get the new lump in and take her for a long drive on the weekend

think the thrread needs an update

got the engine in a couple of weeks ago...loving having wheels back
given her a good clean, alsoremoved the side strips...these have left a really light coloured mark all where they wer

today gave her a wax, cleaned the engine bay and fitted a lexmaul inlet and carbon fibre engine cover....smartened up the bay a treat

whilst the corsa was off the road loads of ideas were running through my head, newest and favourite idea:

i just thought i wanted something different to the norm, and became a big fan of the murdered out!!! look. So plan so far is:
smoothed wide arches and bumpers
satin black respray with gloss black tigra scuttle and red roof

interior:
stripped rear
two buckets up front
possibly show cage, probably in red

sort the stance out:
coilovers
camber on the back
by two 8" borbet t for the rear with a good amount of stretch these all sprayed gloss black

There will probably be alot of haters of this thread now, but i just fancy something that will stand out and be something abit different

i'd appreciate some feedback peeps
please keep an open mind as i belive the finished product will be pretty good

cheers

right over the last few days i have been making slow progress on the car

firstly i stripped all of the interior plastics out, including dashboard

We then fitted the steinmetz rear bumper

next the rear arches were fitted (required some modifying as were a rubbish fit)

I decided to have the badge recess and foglights smoothed out of the gsi front bumper

The front bumper was then fitted

The holes are to allow the filler to bond to the bumper better

9's should go on the back with those arches easily enough. You want to be looking at around ET15 ish for them. I'd go 8's up front then with an ET20-30.

Is that an RS 50/125 in the back ground?

Yeah as low as it always was. It didn't ground out that often, just over large speed bumps.
