My Dad keeps Duroc pigs - the bacon of them is amazing; cook it with the rind on so it doesn't shrink/curl up and they're massive slabs of meat - they need no sauce - just frying and eating.
Normal shop bought bacon, I don't mind ketchup or brown, whichever I lay my hand on first - sometimes a bit of english or French mustard instead
