Bugger That was a waste of £3

I'll take some measurements and see if my store man can get me one like sean-b has.

no its just the most stubern thing iv even come across! you will need to cut it at the air box side and at the gearbox side and it should come out with a bit of force! i cut it with a hack saw blade that i snapped in half! its a shitty job but its got to be done!

Yes it is bolted. There are 2 torx bolts holding it to the back of the bottom inlet

it was bolted like dean said and also did anyone else have a pipe heading downwards?

looks like it was blowing air onto the cat?

yellow - where does this go? whats it for?
blue - where does it start? ive got no connection near the servo?
red - where does it go?

the small coolant hose, do you connect that to the other hose further behind the engine?

Not sure on the yellow, looks like its going down towards where the throttle body used to be.

Blue is a vacuum pipe, looks like he has used a T-Piece and thats what the blue arrow is poiting at

Red looks like its coming off the fuel tank vent switch. ( I think thats what it is). On the standard manifold its clipped on the battery side. This pipe goes behind the bulk head and kind of follows the same course as the fuel lines.

Strange how there is no vacuum take off on the mantzel. My dbilas had too many and I had to blank one off. Can you take the blank off the one thats labled yellow up there ^?

Also the picture above, he seems to have taken a vacuum off the brack servo pipe and then T-pieced it to where he needs.

Yes you could use the one thats blanked off.

Whats not T-Pieced? The vacuum pipe looks like it coming off the union thats on the brake servo, then it has 3 T-pieces going off it.

the bit of braided hose from the mantzel goes onto your egr valve , i blanked mine off but it still has a fitting attached for a vacume , the red is a vacume from the vual tank vent valve , it shouldnt be disconected at the other side as u shouldnt be anywhere near it , the blue is my vacume network , i have a little nipple that comes off the brake servo vacume on the mantzel , you run a racume from the mantzel to the rockercover nipple , then u cut it in the places and insert 3 t peices first one goes to map sensor on bulk head next to coolant bottle . second vacume goes to the fuel presure regulator and the third and final vacume goes to the fuel tank vent valve (little black box with blue and red plug )
