well it only slipps sometimes at peak boost, but as i said im now running a high power map oppose to high torque on which the clutch slipped

is that okay with you?

i have odd gripper tyres and smoother power and actuator fixed be interesting to see the difference

Ive done the same with a GSI and a civic type R in the blue XSI, there really isnt that much differnece, ill take the £500 106 over the £8000 civic

Ive currently taken a £1200 vts over a civic


I remember chasing a couple of asian guys in a black ctr when I first got the vts, think they were quite suprised

223bhp 275lbft - was going flat after 4500rpm boost was dropping off to standard pressure

BUT now should be much better....wont to run again, but they run out of time

afterwards some bloke off aoc told me i shouldnt be running 20psi of boost on stage one (hence clutch slip!!) and that my actuator was still set up for a vxr, so ecu pulling boost and timing out


actuators now be adjusted down what it should be, feels alot smoother now, just need to get it rr'd again!

mate, its not about the numbers, its about the delivery. so i wouldnt let it bother you that its massively down on power. aslong as it delivers on the road.

it used to be flat top end - the graph shows it

man thing its high lightened/now fixed some faults, so im happy

im not chasing power figures, wanted the turbo to have the torque/ drive nicer, im happy with it now, had quite a few faults, was just flat when i first got it, so massive improvement
