It's one of the biggest problems with our cars mate...

Look between the front drivers side headlight and the drivers side wheel for the colour difference.

You have to look harder to see the difference on your car.

It's the same with the cosmic grey colour too!!!

I need to get mine detailed to bring the colour up, but even if it had a good amount of colour the colours are still slightly different

That looks awesome mate, White Alloys too

It's strange there's definately a difference in colour between the body / bumpers even under the bonnet (which won't be affected by the sun/fade). But yea they do need polishing up a lot especially the red ones!!!

Small update,

Sold my standard exhaust for £100 to a friend of mine today.

We also swapped knobs

This is a Skunk2 "weighted" gearknob. Slightly different feel to standard and a fair bit heavier - easier to change gear. I have noticed a slight difference and wanted something a little different (plus it was free )

Also have a leather gaitor, with red stitching which is also a nice touch.

I'll get a pic up of the whole lot when I can.

Quick update...

Got the carbon Fibre Bonnet on

Was a little fiddly aligning the bonnet pins... and it'll take me a while to get used to them but I'm happy with it

Opinions / comments welcome!

Next on the list:
- Get brakes fitted (discs, pads, brake lines)
- Service (Oil, oil filter, plugs)
- Performance mods (inlet, exhaust manifold, ecu)

Looks much better than I expected there is a local one to me pre-facelift with the inside of the headlights smoked, is that an easy job as I think it would blend in with the bonnet pretty well, then again if white wheels is still on the cards then leaving them as they are will still look ace

Yea smoked headlights look lush on the civics but no-one makes them

I think I'd rather get the alloys powdercoated black now.. will go much better with the bonnet and tints!

Apparently this bonnet only ways 4kgs compared to 10kgs of a standard bonnet!!!!!

Yea I am loving it though

Another quick update!

Picked up my mods last weekend and also swapped ecu's (k100) with my mate - absolutely loving the launch control he left on there

Anyways snaps:

Still haven't got it serviced or brakes sorted yet

Hopefully getting it mapped end of May

Comments welcome
