Not really out of the blue. Lol. I knew when mine was coming. Simple symptoms such as problems with reading discs and such made it easy to tell it was coming. Given I have 3 xboxes and have had them all for at least 2 years each, and only 1 of them has had the rrod, I think Xbox kicks ps3 ass. Had a ps3, hated everything about it, price, looks, controllers, lack of exclusives, lag when it went online, far more problems that my Xbox gave me. 3 hours to get an update, no thanks, you can keep it.
