Those two should never have been let out, i'm not going to comment on why he's been recalled as it's very unlikely that will never come to light... but the amount of public money used to give them a fresh start is plain wrong, they are pure evil and imo should have been culled at the time.

The thing that annoys me about all this is that when adults commit similar crimes and are released nothing is said, pubicily anyway. An adult that commits murder serves their 10-15 years and is released back in to society. But because this was 2 children that commited this crime the public were more shocked as no one could believe children were capable of commiting such horific crimes.
He's served 17 years and has been released, just like any adult murderer, rapist etc. This crime left a sour taste in peoples mouths because it was children murdering children, thats if you can call if murder. Can a 10 year old be that evil and know that they were intentionally setting out to murder a 2 year old?
He may have been re admitted due to not paying his tv licence for all we know.
The mother of Jamie Bulger doesn't have a right to know as its totally unconnected to the other case.
I'm not defending what he originally did, just pointing out that he's served his time and he hasn't necessarily commited a similar crime again.

It's just the press milking it for massive over-reaction and controversy as usual, they are just guessing what he might have been recalled for at this point.
Also I don't see why the mother has a "Right to know" what could she possibly do with such information?
