Physio is for after care isn't it? eg when I broke my leg in 2 places, I went to physio.
Chiropractors (sp) are for sore joints/muscles and shit I thought?

You will need experience without a degree or diploma I'm afraid unless you do one of them volunary things for a month to show you're caring and good at working with ill people etc...

A chiro is someone you see when there is no known root cause for your back problems, you hire them to fix whatever is wrong with you at that time, physiotherapy is a method used to aid recovery from injuries, a natural healing process which is all about making you work and feel better.

We get more volunteers than graduates Purely because it's easier to work for free for 1-2months than it is to go through 3 years of uni on Bursary

Ouch, usually with SPD we'd refer you to physio, along with giving you a back support brace, the use of a TENS machine and strong opioid painkillers ie. co-codomal or tramadol ultram.

had to be on the maximum dosage the doctors would let me

Tramadol's the fun stuff, never had it myself but my dad had it a while back after dropping a vending machine off a taillift and then trying to catch it

Completely wrecked the muscles in one leg, looked like just that one leg had been attacked with baseball bats so he ended up on that stuff and he was well out of it He went in work why he was still on it and was telling us how a 5 min job took him 2 hours cos he kept forgetting what he was doing

Tramadol is awsome stuff untill i started to become addicted to it.

When i fractured T5 and T6 in my back i was on it for a while and then i was on something aswell caled col coldomol or something? all i know was that i was wiped out and dont remember alot.

But one thing i do remeber was bed baths, some hot nurses there but could be hard times not getting a stonk on!
