why is it on a carb and say not a set of twin carbs? Or even the standard injection?

its no worth 1500 even tho it is worth more than that to u... never no tho someone mite pay that for it! if i was u i wouldnt put a price on it, just put offers!!! nice car tho lad could do with sum mudflaps tho hehe

Its probably got less power than the standard engine, I wouldn't say its more responsive either.
As said how is it a 2.1L?

You won't get that for it. As said, you won't get anywhere near what you paid out. I bought my Corsa for £1000, and had the engine fitted (with timing belt etc etc) for £1500, now about to put it for sale for £1000. A lot to lose within 9 months but it is a Corsa afterall
