Anyone can use the clone/patch tool Will. Its not hard, but you still seem to have made some errors. Most notably on the house circled at the bottom, nice cloning...

On the last image you done, the image quality is worse, the hill skyline is all blurred

For this sort of thing it needs to be perfect or just dont bother.
And Ł15 a photo is daft, needs to be an hourly rate. Ł45 an hour or something.

Well it is when you're offering a service, if Rich offered his car detailing service but couldnt prove he could do it to a high standard, people wouldnt use him.
You really dont do yourself any favours, that image, even if rushed, is shit. You have duplicated large areas which are obviously noticable. I wouldnt pay you 15p for that let alone Ł15.
A few more blantant issues
The hill at the top is now barely visible
The 3 top circles are unbelievably pixelated
The tree trunks are now wider and there are 2 extra trunks
At the bottom in the middle there is a duplicate wall clearly visible
Now, that boy you did would require brushwork, not just using the patch tool, you clearly didnt do it.
