I go before holidays to get a base tan, it does make you feel better I agree.

Whenever I come out I always feel refreshed, weird sensation.

i've never been on one but i used to have really bad acne (to the extent i have acne scars) and sometimes come out quite bad in spots when i'm tired or stressed.

might give them a try

it is a bit gay, but then i HAVE to use moisturiser on my skin everyday due to being on roacutine (sp), which some blokes consider gay anyway.

I would only expect this from you Ben, use a Sauna if you have Acne my bro does this to sort his out.

He was on roacutaine but came off it as the side effects were awfull and it always comes back any way
