Yeah defo job done and that's all that matters and tbh i'm a bit more hopeful of giving the mancs a game on sunday now as we look to have gained a bit of composure in midfield and are building attacks with more fluidity than for the last 6 months (and are back to being very solid at the back). Hopefully torres is on fire

I didn't watch it but the Liverpool supporter at work said Torres looked knackered towards the end? I hope he is right

Yeah he looked knackered after 70 mins. Rafa was going to take him off at 80mins

He scored in the 90th minute so he wasn't that tired. No tbh I didn't notice him looking 'tired' but as I said we wern't committing many players up front in the 2nd half so he was a bit stranded and did quite a bit of running. Don't you worry yourselves he'll be there on sunday to show you how good he is

I didn't notice, not suprised though but i'm sure he'll probably just have light training now and he'll be o for sunday.

Its going to take him a while to get right back to where he was, but he has looked sharp and hungry to score goals in the last few games now. He is obviously going to be tired given his layoff, but Im fairly certain if a ball had been put through in the 95th min (had be been on) then he'd of had the legs to beat any defender - especially Vidic tbh.
