-Who you work for - Police

-What it is that you do there - Police Officer - Ignore crime, eat donuts, persecute innocent motorists, harass modified car drivers (all according to most stereotypes of police on here). In reality i spend loads of time dealing with low-level crime; drugs, theft, damage, drink drivers, antisocial behaviour, neighbour disputes, Facebook and MSN jobs and looking for wayward runaway kids. Find the odd few minutes to deal with motoring offences, but not very often.

How you came about ending up in said job - Thought about it for years, applied and went through the world's longest application process and ended up where I want to be.

Who - Robinson and Hall
What - Assistant/Trainee Building Surveyor. Seem to spend most of my time actually doing the job of an Architectural Technician though.
How - Was all registered to start 6th form at 16 but within about 3 weeks of starting decided that I hated going to school. Applied for every job in the paper that week and got an interview for half a dozen completely different jobs. Went to this place first and was offered the job in the afternoon. Took it and never looked back
