my mates girlfriend gave me some moisturiser for my cracking hands in the pub last week. it was some D&G stuff, god knows how much it cost but it worked a fucking treat smells fantastic too

Don't listen to people on here Ben, if it works for you do it.

I find anything like that makes my skin worse in the long run, best thing you can do is drink water and keep drinking water.

I am told that this is INCORRECT... as you are hydrating your oily skin.. in which case brings it out more..

i would suggest that anytime you are sweating, have a shower but have it before you stop sweating. also when you are finishing up in the shower turn the Dial/Tap gradually down to ao cold setting, this then closes your pours. FACT

hydrating is good for you Karlos, if your Dr told you otherwise i would consider checking his African medical bar credentials.



If you want to reduce oily skin or sebum, then adjusting your diet accordingly and eating alot of oats will help. Pizzas chips and beer will make it worse.
